Gutter guards function to keep debris from your gutters.  The type of guard you have installed dictates how much and what kind of debris is kept from your gutters.  MurCo. Property Services has installed gutter guards for over 10 years.  Over the years, we have installed or seen many different types of gutter guards available on the market and feel we can adequately recommend the guards that actually are efficient and cost-effective.

​Because of this knowledge and experience, we offer two different types of guards.  Both types of gutter guards we offer do not allow any debris in your gutters.  The first guard is a solid gutter cover which slips under the last shingle and has a lip that allows the water into the gutter, without allowing in any debris.   The solid gutter cover is the least-expensive guard of the two we offer and is ideal for roofs with less pitch.

The other type of gutter guard is a metal micromesh guard which allows more water into the gutter while adequately keeping out even the smallest debris.  The metal micromesh guard is ideal for steep roofs, as it allows even high amounts of water through the gutter without running over.
